Director of Youth Ministry
|The Director of Youth Ministry oversees all aspects of the ministry to youth in grades 7-12 and Young Adult ministry called Fusion. The Director facilitates an advisory committee of adults, who provide leadership and guidance for the oversight of the youth program.|
Director of Business Administration
|The Director of Business Administration provides leadership and oversight to those staff members responsible for the daily operations of the Church, as well as ministry-wide administrative efforts such as budgeting, financial reporting, and long range planning.|
|Provides secretarial/receptionist services to the Pastors, other staff members, church lay leadership personnel and other church members. The administrative assistant also has responsibility for processing/posting all financial transactions.|
|The Assistant Secretary is primarily responsible for assisting the church staff, creating the weekly worship folders, assisting with the newsletter and other printed material, recording attendance for all events, answering the telephone and greeting persons entering the building, and mailings. In addition, the Assistant Secretary will aid committee members and members of the congregation in their work areas as needed.|

Director of Children's Ministries
|The primary responsibilities of the position are to plan, organize and direct the children's education activities within Linworth UMC. Other responsibilities of this position are to recruit, train and oversee the paid and volunteer teachers and assistants who work and provide care in the elementary classes of Linworth UMC.|
Pastor of Membership Care and Small Groups
|The primary responsibilities of this position include organizing, coordinating and directing all services related to membership care and small groups.|
Director of Music for Traditional Service
Director of Music for Traditional Services plans musical choices with Pastors for traditional church services throughout the year. Directs and rehearses the Chancel Choir for the 8:45am service and coordinates special music selections for the 11:30am service each week. Rehearsing/directing of all hand bell and hand chime ensembles (adults/teens/children). Selects, organizes and directs hand bell music (in coordination with other music groups) during traditional Sunday worship.
|The Organist provides both organ and piano music in support of the Chancel Choir, soloists and special music groups in rehearsals and at traditional worship services. In addition, the Organist works with the Director of Music for Traditional Services/Choir Director and Pastors in the selection of music to be used in specific services.|
Director of Children's Choirs and Drama
The Director of Children's Choirs works with children, ages preschool through 12th grades. The Director presents a Christmas musical, along with special music throughout the year.
The Director of Drama presents dramatizations that enhance the worship experience.
Director of Music for Contemporary Services
|Position is responsible for planning and leading Sunday morning worship music for New Connections service and providing special music support for other contemporary worship services as requested through the year.|
Director of Social Concerns, Missions and Outreach
|The primary responsibilities of this position include organizing, coordinating and directing social concerns and mission programs of the Church.|
Director of Linworth Children's Center
|Directs all aspects of the Children's Center as a non-profit ministry of Linworth UMC. Ensures daily programming reflects the philosophy, mission statement, and curriculum goals of both the LCC and the church. Works with the Christian Education Director of the church to promote and plan family and children's programming for LCC and LUMC.|
