Unrevealed

until its season

Lent 2021 – Join us this Lenten season as we observe, experience, and cultivate growth amidst challenging conditions. This year’s theme is inspired by the lyrics of the Hymn of Promise (linked to the right). We will be invited to individually and collectively to observe how God is growing us in this time and to notice opportunities to cultivate transformation alongside our creator.

Palm Sunday

Participate in Our Virtual Palm Parade!

For anyone!  (adults, youth, families, kids)
Grab the palm from your Lent kit (or a strip of green construction paper works!) and record yourself smiling and waving your “palm branch” for at least 10 seconds.  Please hold your phone vertically!  Email your video to Becky Stout (beckystout7@gmail.com) by Sunday, March 21st.

Stations of The Cross

We invite you to settle yourself- heart, mind, spirit- into this pilgrimage playlist as you accompany Jesus in His final hours. This series of video stations are pauses on the journey Jesus took from the Garden of Gethsemane to the tomb.

Let the following questions be your guide: What emotions arise with this image? What words or phrases in the scripture and reflection stand out to you? What do you resist in this station? How do you identify with Jesus in this experience? What character in this journey do you relate to the most? The least? How does this experience connect with your personal journey? How is God inviting you to respond?

Lent Kit

Advent in a Box was a HUGE success with over 500 people participating. We heard of some of you starting your day by adding holly leaves to your Advent Wreath and kids excited to get home to do ALL the activities.

As we move into Lent, we have prepared Lent Kits that include worship supplies, devotionals, interactive prayer practices along with Holy Week activities. We handed kits out after church from on February 14 in the north parking lot. If you still need a kit, we highly recommend picking one up in the breezeway outside of the church office for the Ash Wednesday Service!

If you would like to sponsor a kit for an LCC Family we invite you to give $10 to defray the cost of this ministry.
